What the School District's Parent's Payment Portal?
- Parent's Payment Portal, put simply, is an online payment system. Using this service, you can pay for your child's cafeteria charges as well as other services.
- Using this service, you will no longer need to mail in a check for payment or worry about your child losing your check or cash by taking it to their school. Accepted methods of payment are VISA, MasterCard, and Checking or Savings Accounts.
- The School District and your school receives your payment electronically and credits your child's account. You will receive a confirmation email that you can use as your receipt.

What is an electronic payment?
- An electronic payment is a direct electronic withdrawal from your payment account (either Checking Account, Savings Account or Credit Card).
What payments can I make to School District?

How much does this service cost?
- There are no subscription fees required to use the service.
- In order to make online payments to the district on the Parent's Payment Portal, you will be required to pay a convenience fee of 5.00% of the payment amount per online transaction or a maximum of $2.50. The convenience fee will be charged on each payment. To the extent that you wish to make payments for multiple children or multiple services, you will be charged a separate fee for every payment.
- For example:
- On a $20.00 payment, the service fee would be $1.00.
- On a $30.00 payment, the service fee would be $1.50.
- On a $100.00 payment, the service fee would be $2.50.
- On a $150.00 payment, the service fee would be $2.50.
How long does it take for my payment to be added to my student’s account at his or her school?
- Your payment is verified immediately, while you are on-line at Parent's Payment Portal. The payment is added to your student’s account within 1-2 business days.
Can I use different payment methods for different payments?
- Yes, you may use a credit card, a checking account, or a savings account for all your payments or for different payments. For example you may choose to pay for after school care with a credit card and the cafeteria from your checking account.
If my payments are the same each time, can I set up recurring payments to pay the fees automatically?
- Although this service is not available at this time, we have plans to provide the service very soon.
If I pay with a check or savings account, when is the money for the payment withdrawn from my bank account?
- The funds for the payment are withdrawn from your account on the scheduled payment date. Keep in mind that you should always have funds available to cover the payment on that date.
What do I do if my payment has not been received or credited?
- When you make payments, the payee may not always credit your account immediately after receiving a payment. If the payment is not credited in a reasonable amount of time, take the following steps to resolve the problem:
- 1. Wait five days after the scheduled payment date to see if the payee credits the payment to your account.
- 2. If the payment is not applied to your account, call the customer service department to see if they received the payment and credited your account.
- 3. If you have received a late fee but your payment was made on time, ask the payee if they will waive any late fees or finance charges.
Can I get a refund after a payment has been charged to my account?
- Yes. To receive a refund when your student withdraws or graduates, please contact the school district offices.
What if I overdraw my account?
- Any service fees associated with the overdraft will be withdrawn from your account according to the terms and conditions. Any other standard processing fees charged by your financial institution may still apply.
Who has access to my bank account or credit card information?
- We use several methods to ensure that your information is secure during payment transactions and storage:
- SSL - The system uses SSL (secure sockets layer) that ensures your connection and information is secure from outside inspection.
- Encryption - The system uses encryption to store your information, which makes it unreadable unless you have our internally created 128-bit key.
Do I need any special hardware or software to use the Parent's Payment Portal?
- No special hardware or software is required to use this service. You will only need Web access and your browser. However, your browser needs to support 128-bit encryption: Microsoft 5.1 and above as well as Netscape 4.0 and later automatically provide this security level
