Michael R. Long
Co-founder, Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer
Michael Long has more than 30 years of senior
executive management and systems development experience in six
publicly traded companies, as well as operating a systems consulting
business. Before assuming the top position at Payment Data Systems
(Formerly Billserv, Inc.) Michael was vice president of information
technology at Billing Concepts, the largest third party billing
clearinghouse for the telecommunications industry. Michael's career
experience also includes financial services industry business
development for Accenture (Andersen Consulting) and several executive
positions in publicly traded telecommunications and financial services
companies. He has conducted studies for several hardware and software
companies, which resulted in strategic decisions that led to improved
market share and high growth.
Louis A. Hoch Co-founder,
Vice-Chairman,
President and Chief Operating Officer
Louis Hoch has more than 18 years of
management experience 13 of which at an senior executive level of
public companies. Louis is an expert in payment processing and service
bureau operations. Louis is responsible for all operations and
strategy for Payment Data and billx.com. Louis previously co-founded
Billserv, Inc., the industry leader in Electronic Bill Presentment and
Payment, where he was the company’s president and COO. Louis has held
various key management positions with U.S. Long Distance, Billing
Concepts and Andersen Consulting.
Louis holds a BBA in computer information systems and a MBA in
international business management, both from Our Lady of the Lake
University. Louis is currently a director on the advisory board for
Our Lady of the Lake University Business School. He is also an
executive lecturer in the school's weekend MBA program.
Ken Keller
Vice President, Chief Technology Officer
Ken, as the Chief
Technology Officer, is responsible for setting the architectural and
product strategies and plans for Payment Data Systems' merchant
processing, bill payment and card issuing businesses. He also will
ensure that product development, integration, and process
organizations align technology capabilities with product direction.
Ken brings more than 17 years in the development and delivery of
specialized high volume transaction based systems. Prior to joining
Payment Data Systems in 2003, he served in a variety of key leadership
and executive technical roles at Billserv, Inc.
Prior to Billserv, Inc., Ken consulted in the telecommunications
industry with companies such as US Long Distance, LCI International,
Qwest Communications and Broadwing specializing in enterprise wide
database development and implementation.
Ken holds a Bachelor
of Business Administration in Information Technology from the
University of Texas - San Antonio.
Peter Kirby has distinguished himself in professional
and community activities in a career that spans 35 years. He is an
accomplished public speaker and has provided consultative services to
Fortune 100 firms. His expertise in the fields of management, decision
making and human resources has been recognized by the numerous times
his work has been published. He has been a director on many university
advisory councils and boards and has served on many charitable
committees and foundations. Peter is currently a tenured professor of
management at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.
Larry Morrison has over 25 years of experience in all
areas of sales and sales management. Previously, Larry was a major
accounts executive for a tier one telecommunications provider where
his responsibilities were consultation and sales of an extensive
product base to a global customer market. His background also includes
16 years of sales and management experience in the two-way
communications industry where he was responsible for overseeing large
government system installations, domestic and abroad. Larry is
responsible for all sales and marketing functions at Payment Data
Systems including business development, partner marketing, and agency
program development.

DeBrooke
Advisory Board Member,
CEO Credibility Sharing
Tom DeBrooke has been advising Company Presidents,
Chief Executive Officers, and Corporate Boards since becoming
Assistant to the President of the Missouri, Kansas & Texas (Katy)
Railroad, immediately following his graduation from St. Mary’s
University. Tom attended Yale University Graduate School; where he was
awarded the Strathcona-Mt. Royal Fellowship in Transportation. Tom is
also a graduate of the Harvard Business School. Following graduation
from the Harvard Business School. He joined Russ & Company; located in
San Antonio, Texas as a Corporate Finance Officer. Tom was
subsequently recruited by a client to assume management responsibility
for a ‘troubled’ company. This was the first in a long line of similar
assignments up to the present. In his latest CEO assignment, Tom is
serving as the founder, Chairman and CEO of CredibilitySharing, LLC.
As the name implies, this is a particular kind of
relationships-sharing entity whose purpose is to bring executive level
managers together in a prospective new business relationship context.
Jason
Moore
Advisory Board Member,

Mr. Moore is the long time talent manager of Ms.
Paris Hilton. Before joining Paris Hilton Entertainment, Jason
was a talent manager at Untitled Entertainment where he managed the
business ventures of Ms. Hilton and co-managed Carmen Electra, Carson Kressley, Lindsay Lohan, Ashton Kuchar and other high profile
celebrities. Mr. Moore was integral in helping the company earn
the endorsement of Ms. Carmen Electra for PDS's first celebrity card
program. He is well versed in celebrity brand creation,
marketing and promotion.
