OTCBB: PYDS) an integrated electronic payments solutions
provider, today announced that it has acquired the domains
billx.com, billhelp.com, and billxpress.com,
These acquisitions should be considered as the first
steps in a series of strategic moves and announcements
intended to enable several unique new business initiatives
along with new product offerings, which should provide an
opportunity to greatly increase our market share in key
industry segments.

the strategic importance of these initiatives that we expect
