January 23, 2006 Payment Data Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ
OTCBB: PYDS) an integrated electronic payments solutions
provider, announced today that Protection One, among the
nations largest monitored security services company, has
signed a new contract with PDS to provide merchant services
and ACH processing for all payments flowing through KUBRA’s
e-billing application.

The PDS-KUBRA partnership provides for both a referral
agreement and incentive warrants for a three- year term,
renewable thereafter.
